Before you start
- Open the intended lists and status filters.
- Confirm who may approve the send sequence.
- Make the sender, channel, limits, and schedule visible.
- Review the source, fit, signal, relationship history, and exclusions.

List and Review serve different purposes
List helps you select and filter leads. Review concentrates the person, company, signal, message, sender, and sequence into one approval decision.
Treat every status as context
A status explains where a lead is in the current workflow. It does not replace checking whether the recipient and message are appropriate.
Steps
- Open Review Leads and select the relevant lists.
- Filter for qualified leads and the intended status.
- Open Review and check person, company, signal, source, and prior activity.
- Review and correct the message, language, sender, and sequence.
- Use Review Later when facts, ownership, or wording remain unresolved.
- Check limits, delay, schedule, and connected account.
- Use Send sequence only with the required approval.

Safety checks
- The recipient and relationship history are correct.
- The authorised sender and connected channel are selected.
- Copy, language, sequence, limits, delays, and timing were reviewed.
- Other Lists, previous outreach, opt-outs, blacklists, and exclusions were checked.
- A small test will be monitored before volume increases.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Send sequence is disabled | Check selection, campaign assignment, sender, connected channel, email status, and sequence completeness. |
| A lead is missing | Review list filters, score, status, campaign assignment, exclusions, and whether the lead is already Scheduled or Sent. |
| The message is ready but the sender is wrong | Do not approve. Correct campaign or user assignment and regenerate or review the sequence. |
Frequently asked questions
Does qualified mean ready to send?
No. Review recipient, evidence, copy, sender, channel, limits, schedule, history, and exclusions.
When should I use Review Later?
Use it when the lead may still be valid but facts, ownership, wording, sender, or timing need work.
What does Send sequence do?
Use it as the explicit approval action shown by the current workflow; confirm scope before selecting it.
Why is a lead absent from Review?
Filters, status, assignment, exclusions, or an existing Scheduled or Sent state may remove it from the queue.
Can I edit generated copy?
Use the editing control available in Review, then recheck facts, tone, language, CTA, and sequence.
Should I review every lead?
Follow the approved team policy; high-risk, personalised, uncertain, or new workflows should receive direct human review.

Set up copywriting, prompts, and templates
Use Copywriting settings for shared style and delivery rules, and use Templates for reusable prompts, replies, and Deep Research instructions. Each campaign still needs the correct list, signal, persona, language, and sender context.
Review and approve the Knowledge DB
Review every Knowledge DB section before approving it for research or copywriting. Approval means the content is trusted enough to influence customer facing output, so persuasive wording is not a substitute for accurate evidence.
Write effective Deep Research prompts
Write Deep Research prompts around a decision: qualify an account, verify a signal, identify the relevant role, or find a factual conversation angle. A focused prompt produces more useful results than an open ended request to research everything.
