Signalist can add the signature of the sending mailbox to your emails: to campaign emails and to the emails you write yourself. One setting decides it for your whole company, and every email draft lets you change it for that one message. The signature never appears twice.
Each mailbox has its own signature:
Every sending user does this for each of their mailboxes. A mailbox without a signature sends its emails without one.

New workspaces start with this setting switched on. In an older workspace it can be off, so check it once.
When the setting is off, campaign emails get no signature unless the message contains the Signature variable, and Include signature starts switched off.
LinkedIn messages never get an email signature, and LinkedIn drafts have no Include signature switch.

If the mailbox under From has no signature, Include signature is off and cannot be switched on. Signalist shows: "This mailbox has no signature. Add one under Personal settings → Connected Accounts, in the mailbox's settings." Add a signature there, or choose another mailbox.

{signature}, under Insert variable), the signature appears there, whether the setting is on or off. Nothing is added below the message. If the variable is in the message more than once, only the first one is filled.| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Campaign emails go out without a signature | Check that Add the email signature to emails (chat and campaigns) is on, and that the sending mailbox has a signature. |
| Include signature cannot be switched on | The mailbox under From has no signature. Add one under Personal settings → Connected Accounts → Edit email settings. |
| The signature appears in the middle of the message | The message contains the Signature variable. The signature goes where the variable is; remove the variable to have it below the message. |
| You do not want a signature on one email | Switch Include signature off for that message. |
The Inbox holds the leads who replied. The Outbox holds everything you are sending or have sent that has not been answered yet. A lead moves from the Outbox to the Inbox as soon as they reply.
Signalist sends email from your own mailbox. How much goes out, and when, depends on three things: the mailbox's daily limit, the campaign's sending window, and the delay you set on each campaign step.
When messages stop going out, Signalist usually tells you why: on the Dashboard, on the lead in the Outbox, or in the campaign itself. Check those places first, and do not duplicate or restart the campaign, because that hides the cause and can lead to duplicate outreach.
