Before you start
- Agree who owns the daily queue.
- Know the approved priority definitions and next actions.
- Keep recipient history, CRM ownership, and exclusions available.
- Do not draft or send from a signal without a separate message and sender review.

The core states
New contains new matches. To be reviewed holds uncertain cases. Assigned records an owner. Ignored removes irrelevant signals from the active queue. Tracked Profiles shows monitored entities.
List and Feed
Use the list view for comparison, filters, and columns. Use the Feed when the individual signal and its context need attention.
Steps
- Open Feed or the tracker list and begin with New.
- Filter by tracker, signal, qualification, or owner.
- Read the source, date, person, company fit, persona fit, and priority.
- Move uncertain cases to To be reviewed with the unresolved question.
- Assign clear cases to the responsible owner.
- Ignore irrelevant signals with a reproducible reason.
- Create outreach only after reviewing message, sender, prior activity, opt-outs, limits, and timing.

Safety checks
- The entity, source, date, company fit, persona fit, and priority were reviewed.
- The saved configuration or status was verified after refresh.
- Ownership and the next action are explicit.
- Outreach remains separate until recipient, copy, sender, limits, and history are reviewed.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| New grows faster than the team can review | Reduce tracker limits, tighten DQ and priorities, and assign a fixed daily owner. |
| An assigned signal is missing | Switch from New to Assigned and check tracker, qualification, owner, and other filters. |
| The draft belongs to another profile | Stop and reopen the correct profile; verify recipient and signal before editing or sending. |
Frequently asked questions
Where should I start?
Start with New, using the tracker and owner filters needed for the daily queue.
When should I use To be reviewed?
Use it when evidence, fit, ownership, or the next action remains unresolved.
What should an Ignored reason contain?
A concise explanation another reviewer can reproduce, such as irrelevant signal, non-fit, duplicate, or outdated evidence.
Can I work entirely from the list view?
Use either view as appropriate; the Feed usually provides stronger signal context.
Does Assigned mean send-ready?
No. It records responsibility. Message, recipient, sender, limits, timing, and history still require review.
How do I prevent backlog growth?
Improve signal quality, reduce scope, define SLAs, and give the daily queue a clear owner.

Set up a Company Tracker
Use a Company Tracker when selected accounts or people should be checked repeatedly for relevant changes. The tracker creates value only when prompts, priorities, review cadence, ownership, and next actions are maintained.
Configure signal scoring
Configure signal scoring so the team can distinguish person, company, and market context and apply P1, P2, P3, and DQ consistently. Use definitions with positive, negative, and boundary examples.
