Before you start
- Choose approved companies or people and confirm ownership.
- Define the signals that matter and the evidence required.
- Review credit, enrichment, and data-volume implications.
- Choose who reviews New and To be reviewed each day.

Tracker instead of a static list
A tracker monitors defined entities over time. A static list is better when the input should be processed once.
Rolling and Fixed
Rolling checks each entity relative to its last review interval. Fixed checks entities on shared scheduled dates. Use the model shown by the current tracker setup and match it to review capacity.
Steps
- Create Track leads and companies for custom signals or open an existing tracker.
- Select approved sources, accounts or people, and the focused Deep Research prompt.
- Define Lead, Company, and Industry signal categories plus P1, P2, P3, and DQ.
- Choose Rolling or Fixed and configure entity and signal-search intervals.
- Set conservative limits, enrichment options, and Company Contacts only where needed.
- Test a small sample and confirm that priorities persist after saving.
- Review New, To be reviewed, Assigned, Ignored, and Tracked Profiles regularly.

Safety checks
- The entity, source, date, company fit, persona fit, and priority were reviewed.
- The saved configuration or status was verified after refresh.
- Ownership and the next action are explicit.
- Outreach remains separate until recipient, copy, sender, limits, and history are reviewed.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Many updates have little value | Tighten the prompt, categories, DQ, and priority examples; define a concrete action for every accepted priority. |
| An account is not checked again | Review recurring state, Rolling or Fixed mode, intervals, start date, and whether the entity remains actively tracked. |
| A saved priority change disappears | Reopen the record and verify persistence. Preserve screenshots and contact support if the change is lost after reload. |
Frequently asked questions
When should I use a tracker?
Use it for recurring monitoring of approved entities, not for a one-time fixed dataset.
What is the difference between Rolling and Fixed?
Rolling follows per-entity intervals; Fixed uses shared scheduled checks. Use the current UI as the authority.
How large should the tracker be at first?
Start with a sample the team can review and expand only when signal quality and capacity are stable.
Can a tracker send outreach automatically?
Do not assume it can or should. Keep evidence, recipient, message, sender, limits, and approval checks.
Why is a tracker still processing?
Check required signal configuration, active entities, intervals, and unresolved settings; escalate persistent processing states.
How often should settings be reviewed?
Review them when signal quality, team capacity, priorities, sources, or account strategy changes.

Process your daily Signal Feed
Process the Signal Feed with a consistent daily ritual: review New, verify evidence and fit, move uncertainty to To be reviewed, assign clear work, and ignore irrelevant signals with a reason.
Configure signal scoring
Configure signal scoring so the team can distinguish person, company, and market context and apply P1, P2, P3, and DQ consistently. Use definitions with positive, negative, and boundary examples.
