Before you start
- Keep the current campaign and history intact.
- Choose one working and one blocked lead for comparison.
- Do not change multiple settings at once.
- Never share passwords, tokens, cookies, or API keys with support.

Five common causes
The lead is not send-ready, no active campaign is assigned, the sender is disconnected, a channel or daily limit is reached, or the step is scheduled for later. Exclusions, duplicates, missing email, or channel-specific conditions can also block it.
Scheduled means the step is planned. The actual time depends on sequence timing, send delays, allowed windows, sender state, and available capacity.
Steps
- Open the lead and check score, status, exclusion reason, and campaign assignment.
- Open Review Leads and confirm the sequence is complete and approved.
- Check the assigned LinkedIn or email account under Users.
- Compare Outbox entries under Scheduled and Sent.
- Review daily limits, send delays, permitted windows, and campaign state.
- Compare a working lead with a blocked lead field by field.
- If unresolved, pause changes and send support the list, anonymized lead ID, statuses, timestamps, and screenshots.

Safety checks
- The recipient and relationship history are correct.
- The authorised sender and connected channel are selected.
- Copy, language, sequence, limits, delays, and timing were reviewed.
- Other Lists, previous outreach, opt-outs, blacklists, and exclusions were checked.
- A small test will be monitored before volume increases.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Scheduled does not progress | Check planned time, delay, sending window, account status, campaign state, and daily capacity. |
| Some leads send and others do not | Compare channel data, email availability, Connected on LinkedIn, exclusions, status, and sequence step. |
| History became unclear after edits | Stop creating copies, document the current campaign and statuses, and let support inspect the existing history. |
Frequently asked questions
Should I duplicate the campaign?
No. Duplication can obscure the cause and risk duplicate outreach.
Why is Scheduled not sending now?
The planned time, delays, windows, limits, or sender state may intentionally postpone it.
Where do I check the sender?
Use the current user or sender settings and confirm the account assigned to the campaign is connected and authorised.
What information should support receive?
List, anonymized lead ID, campaign, sender reference, statuses, expected and observed times, and safe screenshots.
Should I reconnect the account immediately?
Only when the current status and approved process indicate it; avoid simultaneous account and campaign changes.
Can a missing email block only some leads?
Yes. Compare the channel data and validation state of working and blocked leads.

Set up copywriting, prompts, and templates
Use Copywriting settings for shared style and delivery rules, and use Templates for reusable prompts, replies, and Deep Research instructions. Each campaign still needs the correct list, signal, persona, language, and sender context.
Review and approve the Knowledge DB
Review every Knowledge DB section before approving it for research or copywriting. Approval means the content is trusted enough to influence customer facing output, so persuasive wording is not a substitute for accurate evidence.
Write effective Deep Research prompts
Write Deep Research prompts around a decision: qualify an account, verify a signal, identify the relevant role, or find a factual conversation angle. A focused prompt produces more useful results than an open ended request to research everything.
