Before you start
- Review source, segment, duplicates, Other Lists, previous outreach, CRM status, opt-outs, and Connected on LinkedIn.
- Confirm the campaign owner and authorised sender.
- Use one coherent audience, language, and hypothesis.
- Keep the initial audience small enough for manual review.

Build from a qualified list
A campaign should serve one defined list and reason to engage. Mixing unrelated segments makes copy, review, ownership, and performance difficult to interpret.
Complete the safety check
Verify sender, connected channel, recipient language, daily limits, delays, follow-ups, start time, and at least five message previews across different leads.
Steps
- Open the target list and review qualified leads, Other Lists, and outreach history.
- Choose Create new Campaign or the campaign step offered by the list workflow.
- Set the authorised sender, channel, audience status, and sequence.
- Generate or select copy from approved Knowledge DB content and templates.
- Review at least five messages from representative segments and edge cases.
- Activate a small audience, monitor Scheduled, Sent, and Replies, and expand only after a stable test.

Safety checks
- The recipient and relationship history are correct.
- The authorised sender and connected channel are selected.
- Copy, language, sequence, limits, delays, and timing were reviewed.
- Other Lists, previous outreach, opt-outs, blacklists, and exclusions were checked.
- A small test will be monitored before volume increases.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|
| Known contacts are included again | Pause the campaign. Recheck Connected on LinkedIn, Other Lists, previous campaigns, CRM status, ownership, and opt-outs. |
| The copy does not fit the list | Check segment, language, signal context, and assigned template. Split unrelated audiences into separate campaigns. |
| Activation controls are unavailable | Confirm campaign completeness, sender connection, channel, selected leads, limits, and required approval. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I create a campaign before lead review?
Create the structure if needed, but do not activate outreach until recipients, sender, copy, limits, and exclusions are reviewed.
How many messages should I preview?
Review at least several representative leads, including different segments and edge cases; the approved brief recommends at least five.
Should one campaign contain several languages?
Use separate, controlled language paths or campaigns when that makes review and sender behaviour clearer.
Does assigning a lead send immediately?
Not necessarily. Check the current status, sequence, approval, schedule, and sender state.
What should I monitor after activation?
Scheduled and Sent activity, replies, errors, recipient quality, sender health, and unexpected exclusions.
When should I increase volume?
Only after the initial run behaves as expected and replies, sender status, limits, and data quality remain stable.

Manage Inbox, Outbox, and replies
Use Inbox to manage replies and Outbox to inspect Sent and Scheduled activity. Clear ownership and consistent filters prevent missed replies and misleading delivery checks.
Email sending, limits, and delays
Confirm the connected sender, recipient email status, domain policy, limits, delays, sequence, and schedule before email activation. A found email address is not automatically send ready.
Run LinkedIn outreach safely
Protect the LinkedIn account by prioritising audience quality, conservative volume, natural delays, and review. Treat limits as safeguards, not targets.
