Understand Analytics

Compare the same period, list, sender, channel, and campaign before drawing conclusions from activity and replies.

Steps

  1. Open Analytics and choose a defined period.
  2. Filter by list, campaign, sender, or channel. Lists you picked stay at the top of the List filter, even while you search for another list, so you can untick them there.
  3. Compare sent steps, acceptance, replies, and positive replies. A sentiment you change on a reply counts in Reply Analysis right away.
  4. Investigate weak results by segment, geography, role, and source.
  5. Change one variable in a limited next test.
  6. Export only when enabled for the selected data.

Safety checks

  • The correct workspace, object, view, period, or endpoint is selected.
  • Permissions, ownership, required fields, and protected data were reviewed.
  • The test result was checked in the destination or final dataset.
  • Credentials and internal evidence are not exposed.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I test first?

A controlled test exposes mapping, permission, data, and ownership errors before broad impact.

Can I assume every workspace has this feature?

No. Use the current UI and confirmed provisioning.

Can I ask an AI assistant for these figures?

Yes. An AI assistant connected through the Signalist MCP server, such as Claude, can read the Analytics figures: outreach KPIs, the overview per list and campaign, top campaigns, sender activity, and signal activity. It gets the same numbers as this page for the same filters. See Use API keys and webhooks safely for how to connect it.

What should screenshots hide?

Credentials, tokens, personal data, customer records, internal URLs, and identifiers.

Who should own the configuration?

Assign an accountable administrator and a business owner.

What should I document?

Purpose, scope, owner, fields or filters, test result, and review date.

When should I contact support?

When availability, saved state, permissions, or results remain inconsistent after a controlled check.
