Columns add your own information to a list's lead table: a note, a number, a link, a checkbox, a random value, or an enrichment such as AI Prompt or Deep Research . When you create a Text or enrichment column, you also choose which leads it is filled for.

Text columns and enrichment columns ask in Apply to ... which leads to fill:
| Option | Fills |
|---|---|
| None | No lead. The column is created empty, and you can fill it later. |
| First 10 | The first 10 leads the table shows. Useful to check the result before running it on more leads. |
| Currently Filtered | Every lead the table shows right now, with its tab, search, Show selection and filters, on every page, not only the page you see. |
| Currently Selected | The leads you ticked in the table. |
| All | Every Found lead of the list that is not in a campaign yet. |
| All including assigned | Like All, plus Found leads with the status Assigned. |
The button at the bottom of the dialog names your choice, for example Apply to filtered.

The column is filled for exactly those leads. If the table shows no leads, nothing is filled.
Enrichments cost credits for every lead they fill. Check the row count before you choose Currently Filtered, All, or All including assigned, and use First 10 to test a new prompt.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The column stayed empty | None was selected, or the filter showed no leads. Open the column again and choose the leads. |
| More leads were filled than expected | All fills every Found lead not in a campaign, whatever the table shows. Use Currently Filtered to fill only the leads in view. |
| Leads in a campaign were not filled | All leaves out leads in a campaign. Open the Assigned tab, set its filters, and use Currently Filtered. |
| I cannot find the + | It sits at the far right of the table header. Scroll the table to the right if needed. |
Archive a list you no longer work with. An archived list keeps its leads, but it does not run and it is hidden from your list overview. Unarchive it when you want to work with it again.
Choose your list source by starting with what you already have and what you want the list to do next. If you begin with the source name alone, it is easy to pick something too broad, too narrow, or not available in your workspace.
LinkedIn activity can help you build timely lists from profile visits, followers, events, posts, engagement, or prepared LinkedIn URLs. Use the source that matches the specific signal, then qualify the people before you treat them as outreach candidates.
