Add columns to a list and choose which leads they fill

Columns add your own information to a list's lead table: a note, a number, a link, a checkbox, a random value, or an enrichment such as AI Prompt or Deep Research . When you create a Text or enrichment column, you also choose which leads it is filled for.

Add a column

  1. Open the list and stay on its lead table, for example the New tab.
  2. Move the mouse over the + at the right end of the table header. It shows Add a column. Click it.
  3. In Add Column, enter a Column Name.
  4. Pick the column type:
    • On the Columns tab: Text, Number, Link, Checkbox, or Random Value.
    • On the Enrichments tab, marked Uses credits: AI Prompt, Job Offer, Technology, Google News, Department Size, LinkedIn Post, Analyze Linkedin Post Engagement, or Deep Research. Each one shows its price, for example 1 credit / row.
  5. The dialog for that column type opens. For a Text column, enter the value to write and choose the leads in Apply to ....

Choose which leads a column is filled for

Text columns and enrichment columns ask in Apply to ... which leads to fill:

OptionFills
NoneNo lead. The column is created empty, and you can fill it later.
First 10The first 10 leads the table shows. Useful to check the result before running it on more leads.
Currently FilteredEvery lead the table shows right now, with its tab, search, Show selection and filters, on every page, not only the page you see.
Currently SelectedThe leads you ticked in the table.
AllEvery Found lead of the list that is not in a campaign yet.
All including assignedLike All, plus Found leads with the status Assigned.

The button at the bottom of the dialog names your choice, for example Apply to filtered.

The Create Text Value Column dialog with the Apply to dropdown open and Currently Filtered selected.

Fill exactly the leads you are looking at

  1. Set the tab, search, Show selection and filters until the table shows the leads you want.
  2. Check the number of leads in the table footer (Rows:).
  3. Add the column and choose Currently Filtered.

The column is filled for exactly those leads. If the table shows no leads, nothing is filled.

Enrichments cost credits for every lead they fill. Check the row count before you choose Currently Filtered, All, or All including assigned, and use First 10 to test a new prompt.
