Archive a list
- Open Lead Lists in the sidebar.
- Click … at the end of the list's row and choose Archive List.
- Confirm with Archive.
The list is deactivated and disappears from the overview. To see archived lists, change the filter Hide archived lists to Show archived lists.
An archived list does not run
- On the list page, Re-Run List is greyed out. Hover it to read why: "This list is archived. Unarchive it to run it."
- If the list was waiting to run when you archived it, that run does not start. The list page then says "List is archived — unarchive it to run it" next to Re-Run List, so you never see a run that is not happening.

Unarchive a list
- Open Lead Lists and switch the filter to Show archived lists.
- Click … in the list's row and choose Unarchive List.
- Confirm with Unarchive.
The list comes back deactivated, and the note "List is archived — unarchive it to run it" disappears. To run the list, open it and click Re-Run List.
Deactivate a list without archiving it
To stop a list for now and keep it in your overview, deactivate it:
- Open the list.
- At the top of the page, click Active. While you hover it, the button reads Deactivate.

The button then reads Deactivated, and the list finds and enriches no new leads:
- A run that was waiting to start is cancelled. It does not start later on its own.
- A run that is in progress stops. Until it has stopped, the list shows Stopping… and Re-Run List is greyed out.
- A run stopped this way is not an error: the list does not show one, and nobody receives an error message.
Campaigns with leads from the list keep sending. To stop them, use Pause in the Campaigns overview.
To switch the list back on, click Deactivated (it reads Activate while you hover it). To start a new run straight away, click Re-Run List.
Frequently asked questions
Does archiving delete the list's leads?
No. The leads stay on the list. Use Delete List if you want to remove the list.
Why is Re-Run List greyed out?
Hover the button to see the reason. An archived list cannot run until you unarchive it. Re-Run List is also greyed out while a list has no source ("Add a list source before re-running.") and while it is stopping ("List is stopping. Please wait.").
What is the difference between deactivating and archiving?
A deactivated list stays in your overview and can be switched back on with one click. An archived list is also hidden from the overview and has to be unarchived before it can run. Neither deletes any leads.
Where are my archived lists?
In Lead Lists, after you switch the filter Hide archived lists to Show archived lists.

Add columns to a list and choose which leads they fill
Columns add your own information to a list's lead table: a note, a number, a link, a checkbox, a random value, or an enrichment such as AI Prompt or Deep Research . When you create a Text or enrichment column, you also choose which leads it is filled for.
Choose the right list source
Choose your list source by starting with what you already have and what you want the list to do next. If you begin with the source name alone, it is easy to pick something too broad, too narrow, or not available in your workspace.
Use LinkedIn list sources safely
LinkedIn activity can help you build timely lists from profile visits, followers, events, posts, engagement, or prepared LinkedIn URLs. Use the source that matches the specific signal, then qualify the people before you treat them as outreach candidates.
